CMT has developed numerous new chemical formulations for a variety of applications. Such as; magnetic stripe coatings for credit cards, abrasion resistant coatings for PET film, technical abrasive products, solar window film, unique magnetic tape coatings including audio mastering, adhesive products, release film, and several others.
We specialize in Ultraviolet Light chemistry. However, water base and solvent base coatings are also developed.
We design the chemistry, coating method, mixing equipment, and process simultaneously so as to provide a complete system. Some times, new design process equipment is needed which does not exist elsewhere. We will research the application & design the equipment to the customer's requirements.
