NARROW WEB COAT DIE COATER

 

We manufacture a narrow web coating machine that can be utilized for a laboratory machine or pilot prodcution. Typical materials that can be coated are plastic films, paper, foil, etc. The Features are as follows:

  • Slot die coating head for coating viscosities of 50 to 5000 centipoise.
  • "Box" type knife coater head for samll test shots
  • Mayer rod coat head
  • Size 30 inch wide X24 inch wide X60 inch tall
  • The web path is designed to travel around the periphery and wind up in the center with a 1/2 HP motor.
  • Drying is by UV irradiator for UV curables and IR heaters for water base and solvent coatings. The web path is arranged to give 11 feet of drying around the periphery before winding in the center. The UV irradiator is in the center above the rewind and heater units are located on the outside. The web width is either 6 inch or 12 inch. Speed: 0-100fpm.

    NEW DUAL TURRET REWIND SLITTER


    We are offering a newly designed slitter for high rate production of slit & rewound products. The main feature is that it is a turret winder so that change over time is minimized. Typical materials to be slit are plastic films, paper, PSA products foil, etc.The maximum rewind diameter is 150mm (6 inch) in the turret mode and can be changed over easily to a 2 mandrel configuration that will wind 300 mm (12 inch).

    It can be fitted with 3 types of cutting; rotary shear, score, and razor.

    Slit widths are from 12 mm (1/2 inch) to 1280 mm (50 inch).

    The maximum unwind diameter is 600 mm (24 inch) Web width is 1350 mm (48 inch) Speed is variable from 0-180 Meters/min (0- 600 ft/min) with AC inverter control, 5 HP motor and magnetic particle clutch.

    Dimensions are 2230 mm X 800 mm X 1360mm high (7' wide X 3' X 4.5' tall)
